Refund Eligibility
At GadgetGalerie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Products are eligible for refund within 30 days of delivery if they meet the following conditions:
- Product is in its original condition (unused, unopened, with all original packaging and tags)
- Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)
- Product is not listed as non-refundable (special orders or customized items)
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] with your order details
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions
- Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For damaged or defective items, we will cover return shipping costs
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Personalized or custom-made products
- Products with removed security tags or damaged packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
International Returns
For international orders:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
